Cancellation Policy

Minor Waiver (Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement – Minor) I, for myself and on behalf of my minor child, my personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, do hereby agree to the following: 1. Acknowledgment of Risks I acknowledge that participation in basketball involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and unforeseen hazards. I understand that participation may expose my child to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, and assume such risks. 2. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge Adrian Simien, Reap and Prosper Sports LLC, Reap and Prosper Sports Foundation and Reprospe Athletes, and all related entities, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from my child’s participation in any training, instruction, or related activities, regardless of cause, including negligence of the Releasees. 3. Assumption of Responsibility I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with my child’s participation, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, damages, or costs, including attorney fees, arising out of my child’s participation. 4. Medical Authorization In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Releasees to secure medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment. 5. Severability & Governing Law This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas. If any portion is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 6. Media Release I grant permission for Releasees to use my child’s name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to television, radio, online media, social media, and print advertisements, without compensation or further consent. 7. Acknowledgment & Understanding I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability. I acknowledge that by purchasing this service, I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights on behalf of myself and my child.​​
